"Content relating to the Wampangee and Parkingee groups located near the Wilcannia. Notes by A.W. Howitt apparently based on information provided by Mr Newland regarding the Wampangee. According to the notes this group were ""located between Wilcannia and about Dunlop"". A number of references are cited in the notes including 'Proceedings R. Geo. Soct. of Australasia 1894-5'; and 'Geo. Soct. of [illegible] S.A. March 1887'. The latter includes notes on the Parkingee of the Darling River."
