Discusses the preparations undertaken for a night attack on a Brajerak group on the Tambo River, Gippsland. Brief notes on inheritance among 'Brabrolungs', corroboree and a description of Bruthen Mungee ('a very strong man'). Information on identified individuals: Bruthen Mungee (or Munjee), Old Mary and her husband Tankowillun. Content also regarding inheritance amongst Brabrolung: 'possum rug buried with him'; stone tomahawk passed on.
