by no name except – Mūngan -
nginaur – i.e. “our father” – and
Tulabar spoke of him in a hushed
voice with only a “That fellow” pointing
up with his fore finger. He said
that it was his father who told him
all this when he was made
Jeraeil. It was M.N.
who first made the Jeraeil
made the Tundun, taught
the Blacks all their acts
eg to cut canoes and finding
them their personal names
eg Tankowillun, Warkukanda,
(Wonga) &c. The boys are told
about him at the Jeraeil.
