is the holiday season and people
are or will be very soon
scattering in all directions, I
do not think this would be
a good time to send out the
papers, which would probably
in many cases be overlooked
or thrust aside. I propose
therefore to delay the distribution
till about the middle of
September. People will then
get them on their holidays when
they will be ready to
attend to them. I hope
you will approve of this.
Mr Rogers, one of the
assistants in the University
Library, will undertake the
actual distribution under
