his wife Polly being a
Mangarang it was
clearly the duty of the
two to punish Jimmy as
the eloping was very
likely to get Jim Crow
into trouble so as the
Blks would punish
Jim. his [sic] relations would
punish Jenny. I have
noticed this as an
invariable rule.
You will see that there
could be no incest in
Jim Crow having Jenny
