Dear Sir,

I have been trying to get the information
you want from old Barak and others
but I am sorry I cannot get from them what you want.

They say they have only one name
for the language and tribe, that is
to say the name of the language
also indicates the tribe.

(1) They say the name of the Geelong
tribe or language is "Watchaora"
not "Wood-than-rung". They think
the latter name belongs to
further west of Victoria. -
But they only think so. -
