James Lalor

Informant for Howitt regarding the Bigambul in Queensland. Lalor hjad arrived in NSW in 1840 and been a pastoralist in NSW and Queensland since 1848. He was elected to the Queesnland parliament, representing the seat of Maranoa. In 1888, standing aside from elections, Lalor was offered a seat in the Upper House, which he held until 1921. He died in 1922, aged 92.
