Summary
Letter refers to groups from Victoria. Discussion of marriage laws and use of resources. Discusses the Wimera group obtaining water from mallee roots and that there was a mutual avoidance between mother in laws and son in laws. A.L.P. Cameron opens by noting that he is sending his 'paper on the Aborigines of NSW' [not with letter].

Letter, handwritten in ink. Two quarto sheets, four pages. Text 'struck through' [by Howitt] with blue-pencil lines. Condition: loss of paper (and some text from a post script) torn from bottom of one corner of second sheet.
