G H Harris Esq
Manager Aboriginal Station
NSW

Dear Sir
I have been for some time corresponding
with Mr Beardmore on some questions concerning
the aborigines and I believe he has now sent
in a question from me to you. I now write directly
to save time and also because Mr Beardmore
gave me your name and address for
that purpose. I may explain that I am now
writing a paper on the aborigines and find
that further information is necessary for my
purpose - will you kindly favor me with replies
to the following queries?
(1) How many aborigines male and female
are there at your Station permanently and
belonging to what tribes?
(2) Are they the surviving remnants
