Summary Reply to Howitt's enquiries regarding 'relative to social customs of the Aborigines'. Bennett regrets that he cannot provide much assistance, with the exception of some language terms 'gained 25 years since'. He notes that he is possibly not the best person to assist in preserving a record of the culture of the Aboriginal people, but recommends that Howitt contact a friend, A.L. Cameron of Conoble, Mossgiel, NSW, adding that Cameron may be of greater assistance.
Physical Description Letter, handwritten. Two sheets, seven pages. Good condition.
