Omeo blacks gathered up + came down -
they killed two Briaks in Sale - one the old
man Billy Clark's father who had speared the Omeo
man - + one wild Briak for Bar War.
They then returned.

Charley Marshall and Bobby Bur Burt
Jacky went to Atkins Straits, killed
by Dargo man Jimmy - old man Billy Clark's
father was uncle of Jimmy - Jimmy killed
Jacky for helping the Omeo Blacks to kill his
uncle.

Burt William Flanner + other man found
Jacky skin in a bag in a tree. They were sure he
done it because he had been sorry about about
his uncle Billy Clarks [??]. They [??] all
killed him at Merriman Ck.

They then had fight at
the Beach - about 2 [months - crossed out] nights after
It was a year after that Bobby ([??]
killed by Edward McKay. This was before Bushy Park
fight.
