Kurnai

Billy Tulaba says that long before
the whitemen came into Gippsland
the Kurnai spoke of "Loän" and of his
wife Loäntŭkan" and that afterward
white men were called Loan + white women
Loan tucken. He also says that the
name Kŭllŭngrŭk was also applied
to Loan and afterwards to the whitemen.

Stone Tomahawks
The black colored one [sic] are called Gwéŭn
the others e.g. these made of porphyrite diabase
are Gŭrŭkgin
